Patrick Kane


Professional ice hockey player Patrick Kane is currently assigned to the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League (NHL). On November 19, 1988, he was born in Buffalo, New York.


One of the top hockey players of his generation, Kane is highly respected. Throughout his career, he has received various honors, including the Conn Smythe Award in 2013 and the Hart Memorial Trophy in 2016. He was also named the NHL's most valuable player in 2016 and earned the Calder Memorial Trophy as the league's rookie of the year in 2008.


In addition, Kane has earned selection to several NHL All-Star Games and has three Stanley Cup victories with the Chicago Blackhawks (2010), (2013), and (2015).


Kane has participated in a variety of charity endeavors off the ice and has started his own foundation, the Patrick Kane Foundation, to help a number of causes, such as cancer research and treatment, as well as education and youth hockey programs.
