Celtics

A professional basketball team, the Celtics are based in Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States. They are one of the original eight clubs in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and a member of the Eastern Conference. The Boston Celtics were established in 1946 and have shared the most NBA titles in history with the Los Angeles Lakers with a record-breaking 17 victories.

Bill Russell, Larry Bird, Havlicek, Kevin Garnett, and Ray Allen are just a few of the outstanding players that have played for the Celtics over the years. They have also had a number of effective coaches, including Red Auerbach, who helped the team win nine titles.

The team is owned by Wyc Grousbeck and plays its home games in Boston's TD Garden. Ime Udoka is the Celtics' current head coach.
